Mr. Zibolski provides clients with representation in civil and criminal defense litigation. Mr. Zibolski also provides counsel and representation in the areas of entity formation and ownership structures, asset protection, and in aviation, maritime, construction, and administrative law.

Mr. Zibolski holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Carthage College, and a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, where he was named a Dean’s Scholar and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts and Legal Writing. During law school, he held externships with the Honorable Timothy J. Corrigan of the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, and at the United States Attorney’s Office in Jacksonville, Florida.

Mr. Zibolski is currently a candidate for a Masters of Law degree in Trial and Appellate Advocacy at Loyola University Chicago School of Law (May 2014).

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Zibolski had more than two decades of diverse experience in construction, real estate, and land development. In his various construction and real estate roles, Mr. Zibolski was a principal in a commercial contracting business; consultant to executives of the largest construction and real estate companies in the U.S.; and the founder of a commercial land development company.

Mr. Zibolski is also a former Certified Public Accountant for a big four accounting firm where he provided public and private clients with a wide range of audit,  tax, and business consulting services; a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida; and a Federal Aviation Administration private pilot, with both land and sea ratings.

Mr. Zibolski is a member of the Illinois Bar and admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. He is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
